You can set yourself when you want to receive a notification from the platform.

You must be signed in to adjust notification settings. Then click on your name in the top right corner of the menu and select “Settings.”

You can now make the following settings under “Notifications”:

I would like to be notified when...

Here you can set when you will be notified by the platform. These types of notifications are displayed by turning the bell icon in the upper right corner of the l menu yellow. When you click on this bell, you can see the notifications

Email notifications:

If you select this option, you'll also receive an email notification every time you're notified. Otherwise, you'll only be notified by email if someone wants to contact you, or if a change has been made to a platform feature that affects you directly (e.g. when your submitted idea has received an official response

Newsletters:

Newsletters may be sent out to draw attention to platform adjustments, news on e-participation topics or general information on collaboration processes. Subscribe to the newsletter to stay up to date with news about the e-participation platform!

Receive direct messages from everyone: If you activate this option, you can be contacted by all platform users via the conversation function. Otherwise, only those users you follow can write to you. You can follow users by clicking on “Follow” on their respective profile

To apply the changes, click “Save Changes.”
